Freeze Dried Water Buffalo Milk

Water buffalo milk is naturally low in lactose, higher in protein than cow and goat milk and high in easy-to-digest A2 casein.  It is high in calcium and minerals, supporting gut, bone and immune health.  Can be used powdered as a meal topper or add water to rehydrate.  Freeze drying makes this a shelf stable product! 

To rehydrate simply add 2 parts water to one part powdered milk.
